Following on from our recent chat with Cam Cowell, we talk with an enthusiastic Tom on his thoughts about his return to Dorking Rugby and his involvement in the Colts Development Programme.

It’s great to have you back at Dorking RFC, how are you feeling about it?

T: "To be able to put that Dorking 1st XV shirt on again brings me a huge amount of pride and excitement. I started my rugby journey over 10 years ago playing at the Big Field with some great players. I have very fond memories and want to pick up where I left off 10 years ago and contribute any way I can on or off the field."

The Colts Development Programme sounds like a great extension to the YDP, tell us about your hopes for it.

T: "I am very excited to get stuck in with developing the Colts in the new Development Programme.  I’m thrilled to be a part of a great Colts coaching set up and develop these young players, so they are ready to attack the senior game and wear the Dorking 1st XV shirt. Dorking has always prided itself on young, home-grown talent and it's important to further that tradition and develop players through their enjoyment of the game and desire to be the best players they can be."
