Bar & Facilities Manager
As Bar and Facilities Manager, you will oversee and take responsibility for the club’s bar operations and facilities. This includes managing bar staff, stock, and equipment while ensuring a high standard of service. You will also play a key role in maintaining the club’s facilities, coordinating with key stakeholders, and supporting commercial and event activities. Your proactive approach will contribute to making the club a welcoming and well-managed environment for members, guests, and event attendees.
Youth Lead Physio
As the Lead Youth Physiotherapist, you will oversee the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries for our youth players. Working closely with the coaching staff of all age groups the lead physio is first point of call for our Sunday provision ensuring player welfare and safe return-to-play protocols are followed.
Women's Head Coach
As Women’s Head Coach you will oversee and take responsibility of the Women’s Section which includes the continual development and leading of coaching group and development of players.
Colts Head Coach
As Head Coach for the Colts, you will manage the transition of U16 players into the team, ensuring their full integration. This includes delivering effective training, collaborating with coaching and S&C staff, and prioritising player welfare, including adherence to safe return-to-play protocols.
Senior Men's Physio
To lead and manage DRFC Medical Services and Physiotherapy provision for the elite squad and further down the club as budgets allow, audit, and maintain standards (see RFU minimum standards medical criteria document 2023/24)
