The 1s suffered their second loss of the season 0-7 to table leaders Hove.

After 75 plus minutes of hard battling and the score at 0-0 Hove played the phases to eventually crash over the single score of the game.

Despite a valiant battle to equalise, Hoves strong defence held firm with the win making them top above us on equal points but more wins.

Whilst obviously disappointed, Captain Nim Brown told the girls they should be proud of themselves praising the energy on the pitch and urged the team to reset and go again.

DoR Armand Roux Mentioned:

It certainly was a game worthy of a top of the table clash as both teams can be very proud of themselves.

The work rate of the Dorking team was fantastic and cannot fault the team or coaches for their performance today.

They have amazingly positive attitudes and will certainly learn from today and take it into the remaining part of the season as they hunt for promotion from NC1.
