Dorking Rugby is delighted to announce that Downs Solicitors and Notaries has renewed their partnership with the Club for the 2023/24 season. Downs will continue as a Platinum Partner and their logo will once again feature on the Men’s first-team kit, alongside branded advertising boards around the pitches, on and in the clubhouse and on the cover of the match-day programmes.

Downs Solicitors was founded in Dorking in 1836. Today, they offer a full range of legal services through 115 staff, including 13 partners and 40 other lawyers over three offices in Surrey, working very closely together to ensure a fully-integrated, seamless service. From buying your first home to helping you through a family bereavement or getting your start-up idea off the ground to succession planning, Downs’ specialist solicitors provide outstanding legal services to businesses and individuals.

Reflecting on their continued support of Dorking RFC, Chris Millar, Senior Partner, said “It is important to us to be involved in supporting the community and what better way than to renew our partnership with Dorking Rugby. Its success - and in so many ways - is a great reflection on how well they have utilised our support and that of our fellow sponsors. We wish them all the best for next season and look forward to meeting all our friends by the touchline once again.

Andy Webb, DRFC’s Head of Sponsorship, commented, “We are really thrilled to extend our relationship with Downs as Platinum Partner. There continues to be a strong affiliation between the Downs team and Dorking Rugby and we look forward to strengthening our ties even further going forward, working closely together for the mutual benefit of both parties.
