Good mental health is playing a big part in all of our lives, especially in times where our mental health can fluctuate for various reasons.

The Harlequins Foundation, with the support of Movember, is on a drive to help all members in the Rugby community and Dorking RFC was in the que to get support for our members.

On Tuesday 11th January we had over 50 YDP players and parents upstairs to listen to the guys from the Harlequins foundation.

Then on Monday 17th January we invited all the Colts Girls, Colts Boys and Under 16's as part of the Colts development program to attend a session with the Harlequins Foundation group.

So far feedback has been great and we are really fortunate to be able to provide support to our members.

DoR Armand had the following to say:

"I'm personally very pleased that we were able to secure the support of the team at the Harlequins Foundation. They have been immensely supportive in accommodating our various youth development programs and have been onsite with a smile on their faces supporting the youth players with such an important topic.

I am aiming to have follow up sessions in place alongside sessions for age group parents next month where we can all can support each other top to bottom and bottom to top."
