Please fill the form out correctly one form per brick and in return you will have your name on our ‘buy a brick, build a legacy’. Simply fill out this form and return it to bricks@dorkingrfc.com, then go to cafdonate.cafonline.org/11269 to make your donation where you can also indicate whether a gift aid claim can be made. Each gift aid donation allows us to recover an additional 25%.
